*Please note that the complimentary early check-in and late check-out benefits are not available for short-stay plan bookings.

<Who is eligible for each benefit?>
Member benefits apply only to reservations made and stays made as a member through this official website, and are limited to the member who made the reservation and any accompanying guests staying in the same room. Accompanying guests staying in a different room are not eligible.
Also, even if you are upgraded during your stay, the benefits of the new rank will only be available from your next check-in onwards.

Membership rank upgrade/downgrade conditions

Rank upgrades and downgrades occur once a year, midnight one year after the month of membership registration .
Existing members will not automatically be upgraded to a higher membership rank when their membership rank is set.
Your rank will be upgraded midnight one year after the 1st of the month in which you registered as a member.
Rank changes occur regardless of past point history .
