Regarding the invoice system that will begin in October 2023, prepayment on overseas booking sites will be handled differently.
It has been confirmed that this system does not comply with Japan's domestic invoice system (qualified invoices and receipts).
Please note that if you make a reservation with advance payment, the hotel cannot issue a receipt.
The hotel will issue a receipt only if payment is made on-site.

Please make your reservation through our hotel's official website or a domestic travel website.

Please note that when making a reservation through a travel agency (Rakuten Travel, Jalan, JTB, etc.),
If you pay in advance, the hotel cannot issue a receipt.
In that case, please contact the travel agency you booked with.
