Thank you for your continued patronage of our hotel.
In recent years, there have been reports both domestically and internationally of incidents involving mobile batteries causing smoke or fire.
To ensure a safe and secure stay for all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the following points when using mobile batteries in your room.


■ Requests regarding the use of mobile batteries: Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you leave your room to go out or for other reasons.

Please charge the device in a location where you can always check its status.

When charging portable electronic devices with a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery using the power outlet in your room, please refrain from using it in the following locations:
- By a window that receives direct sunlight
- On top of flammable materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains

Do not use mobile batteries that are damaged, swollen, have an unusual odor or are overheating, or have been subjected to a strong impact.
Additionally, depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to refrain from bringing certain items into the building.
Please note that if any of the above situations are observed during room cleaning while you are staying, our staff may move the mobile battery or stop charging it for safety reasons.
Please be aware of this in advance.

Furthermore, if a fire or accident occurs within the building due to a mobile battery, the person who brought it in may be held responsible for the damages.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to ensure the safety of our customers.
