While aiming to provide hotel-like comfort, the property also operates with systems unique to private lodgings, such as self-check-in terminals.
Please note that some services (e.g. cleaning during your stay, luggage storage, etc.) are not available.

All rooms have separate baths/showers and toilets. There are no shared showers or toilets.
The rooftop natural hot spring " Hinata no Yu " is available to guests staying at the hotel, with the exception of some plans.
Even if your plan does not include hot spring use, you can still use it for an additional fee.

All rooms are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking (including electronic cigarettes) inside the building.

There will be no room cleaning or towel exchange during your stay. By reducing the amount of energy used for cleaning, we will be more environmentally friendly and work to reduce CO2 emissions. We ask for your cooperation in our ECO activities. (All rooms have washing machines. Please reuse towels to protect the environment.)

There is no package pickup or delivery service available from the facility.
Please use your nearest convenience store or post office.

Minors are welcome to stay with us even if they are not traveling with an adult.
However, we require the submission of a " Consent Form " from the legal guardian.
Please note that guests under 15 years old (junior high school students) cannot stay alone. They must be accompanied by at least one adult.

If you cancel on the date specified in the cancellation policy, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Please note that even in the case of bad weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, if the transportation is operating, it will be considered a cancellation due to customer convenience and a cancellation fee will be charged. We accept reservations for stays of 2 nights or 3 days or more.

A fitness gym exclusively for guests is available on the first floor of the natural hot spring "Hina no Yu."
We have treadmills, cycling machines, and other equipment available for you to enjoy a casual workout.

This is a self-service fitness gym that is free for hotel guests to use. Please bring your own training shoes.
After your workout, be sure to relax and wash off the sweat in the Hina no Yu bath on the upper floor.

Unfortunately, we do not have a place to park your bus.
In addition, since the facility is located in a residential area, we ask that you refrain from parking or stopping on the surrounding roads (including loading and unloading luggage in passenger cars). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
